The spray system mainly consists of PPR water pipes, straight connectors, tees, elbows, and other components to form the water flow pipeline. The water tank provides the water source for spraying, the multi-stage pump supplies the conveying power, and the intelligent controller controls the entire system.

1. Intelligent Controller: Uses digital chip control, integrating upper and lower liquid level and pressure automatic control into one; offers three working modes to choose from: automatic, manual, and remote control; includes protection functions such as overload, no-load, phase loss, and ultra-low voltage; features a no-load restart function, adjustable from 1 to 240 minutes; has a fault memory function, allowing review of the last 5 fault causes; easy to install and simple to debug.

2. Multi-Stage Pump: Before starting, the pump must be filled with water; when starting, the outlet valve must be opened to reduce the motor's starting load and prevent motor burnout; when the pump's pressure decreases, the number of paper gaskets between the pump body and cover can be reduced; adjusting the pressure too high may burn out the motor.

3. Water Tank: The water tank is equipped with an automatic water level control valve. When the water level in the tank is insufficient, the switch opens to automatically replenish the water source; when the water level reaches a certain height, the control valve automatically closes to stop water replenishment.

The spray dust suppression system operates on Bernoulli's principle, using a high-pressure water pump to force water into the water pipe, creating a high-speed water flow. Specially designed dust-proof atomizing nozzles are installed on the pipe. When the high-speed water flow hits an obstacle, it breaks into small water droplets, producing a spray mist effect, similar to "artificial rainfall."
